Female professors scream instead of think

Nearly all my professors are Democrats. Isn’t that a problem?
After I posed that question, two faculty railed against me. That’s a sure sign that universities should address the lack of ideological diversity.

This student wasn’t even a conservative, just someone who thought there should be some intellectual diversity. Naturally, he was accused of being a racist for suggesting that Republicans should be tolerated.

Here’s the bit that’s relevant to this blog:

He was eager to chat, and after five minutes our dialogue bloomed into a lively discussion. As we hammered away at the issue, one of his colleagues with whom he shared an office grew visibly agitated. Then, while I was in mid-sentence, she exploded.

“You think you’re so [expletive] cute with your little column,” she told me. “I read your piece and all you want is attention. You’re just like Bill O’Reilly. You just want to get up on your [expletive] soapbox and have people look at you.”

From the disgust with which she attacked me, you would have thought I had advocated Nazism. She quickly grew so emotional that she had to leave the room. But before she departed, she stood over me and screamed.

This is the kind of bimbo feminism has inflicted on us in place of real professors. Allowing women to play at doing men’s work just means that grownup places, like colleges, are full of grownups throwing tantrums like two-year-olds.

If feminists really wanted anyone to believe that women are capable of being rational adults who should ever be allowed to make any decisions for themselves, they would roundly denounce despicable behavior like this. Instead, I’m sure feminists will come up with some kind of excuse for this behavior which is utterly inexcusable in anyone older than four.

If we still lived in a patriarchy (that is, in a civilization), there would only be a tiny handful of female professorettes, and they wouldn’t be able to cause any harm. If that were the case, I would have no problem with women being allowed to be professorettes. Since it isn’t the case, I have to be a hardliner and say: no woman ought to be allowed to play at being a professor. As this hysterical lunatic demonstrates, women just aren’t capable of doing the job. Or of in any other way functioning as adult humans, unless men force them to.

Later in the article the guy points out the underlying discrimination of all affirmative action programs, "A more draconian option is to enact a political litmus test and mandate that Republicans fill a certain number of positions, but doing so would exclude many qualified professors and be unfairly discriminatory."

    Laughable.

Maybe the reason most of the profs are Democrats is that more educated people tend to be more liberal (open-minded, anti-authoritarian, inclined towards socialism as opposed to individualism, steeped in empiricism) than the average, less educated person. I have noticed this trend in the academic sciences, which do not have any sort of political bent, aside from being largely funded by taxpayers.
