Snapped this in a grocery store today

March 26, 2010

Not from an MRA website, just a regular grocery store where people buy eggs and milk. The “joke” is universal.

March 24, 2010

I went to Google and tried that last one myself, and sure enough, those are the results I got. There are even “prank” pregnancy tests women can buy to make their boyfriends or one-night-stands think they got them pregnant. So guys, if some woman starts demanding that you marry her for the sake of the innocent unborn life she carries and wields a home pregnancy test as proof, don’t shackle yourself to her until a real doctor, with an office and everything, has confirmed it.

Prepare to be horrified.

Man Fashion Show.

These men are almost as pitiable as this one. Guys, don’t let this happen to you!

A Hysterical Male Feminist, Fathers’ Rights, Science Links, and a Joke

July 9, 2009

Well, first, it turns out that the feminist who attacked me over at another blog is actually a man. That’s pretty sad; even nowadays, most men present their arguments with facts and logic, feelings only being a sideline, whereas this unmanly guy presented his feelings about my post.

Anyway, apparently he posted another attack on me at his own blog, which you can find linked in the comments on mine, and indicated that he wants a “conversation” with me. What is this, an intervention? I brushed him off and contemplated the sad depths to which too many men today have sunk.

So, having refused his generous offer of enlightenment to the wonders of egalitarian myths – why do they always think it will only take a few nicely worded arguments to overwhelm a lifetime of experience, plus the piles of hard data I post here? – let me move on to other things, because I’ve spent too much time on this already. Sometimes when you hear stupid arguments and realize that grownups are roaming the world believing them, your brain just won’t let it go until you’ve formulated exactly what’s wrong with their claims. I’m sure a lot of you fellow bloggers know what I’m talking about; it’s why we blog. But on to the backlog of links I’ve got to share with you:

I found another Father’s Rights blog: F.R.A.M.E.D. Family Rights And Many Ending Discrimination. Explorer keeps giving me trouble when I try to open it, but Flock does fine.

Sex On The Brain

New evidence on sex differences in people’s brains and behaviors emerges with the publication of results from the British Broadcasting Corporation’s (BBC) Sex ID Internet Survey. Survey questions and tests focused on participants’ sex-linked cognitive abilities, personality traits, interests, sexual attitudes and behavior, as well as physical traits.

Here’s something interesting: Homosexual Men Have Lower Incomes Than Heterosexual Men, But Lesbians Have Higher Income Than Straight Women Support for my contention that lesbians are smarter and have a better work ethic than straight women. Admittedly, to fully support this, we would have to adjust for motherhood. Straight women are, obviously, more likely to be mothers, which means they’re going to spend more time out of the workplace and be more tired and distracted if they do try to work.

I’m always interested in data about the biological basis of homosexuality, not only because I’m gay, but also because it punches holes in the “women are inferior because of societal conditioning” theory. Gay men’s brains work more like women’s, even though they were societally conditioned to be men. And lesbians’ brains work more like men’s. If you look around for scientific studies on homosexuality, you’ll see this again and a again. Here’s a couple of examples: Remember I was griping the other day about the way women insist on asking for directions from random strangers instead of looking at a freaking map? Gay Men Navigate In A Similar Way To Women, Virtual Reality Researchers Find. Does this mean they bitch at their partners to ask for directions?

Also, Symmetry Of Homosexual Brain Resembles That Of Opposite Sex, Swedish Study Finds. This site has a lot of interesting data about sex differences, even though it tries hard to put a feminist spin on it all.

How face and body shape varies with masculinization and feminization.

Male/Female Intelligence Differences This blog post has a couple of good links.

And here’s a humorous article: Feminism: Destroying the Planet

In a flash of insight, it hit me: this must be feminism’s fault, somehow. Those pushy women have tipped the balance of the universal order, and thrown Nature’s intricate equilibrium out of whack. Fortunately, I was handed just the tool I needed to prove this obviously-correct hypothesis by Brad DeLong, in the form of Gapminder World from Google. Check it out, peeps: here is a graph of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, as a function of the ratio of girls to boys attending school in different countries.

one giant leap for personkind

when they aren’t attending masturbation workshops and orgasm awareness festivals on unc campuses, our feminist “scholars” are usually thinking of new words to ban in order to make womyn feel more comfortable in the workplace. recently, one of the sociologists at unc-wilmington actually banned the use of the term “mankind” because of its “sexist” overtones.

The real assault on science

Flush with their success in decimating the collegiate sports programs of America, the equalitarians have now set their sights on applying the infamous Title IX quotas to science education, despite the fact that women already earn 57 percent of bachelor’s degrees, 59 percent of master’s degrees and a majority of doctorates. If successful in this effort, and initial signs indicate that they probably will be, in 30 years, academic science in America will be no more intellectually respectable or relevant than womyn’s studies are today.

Women love education; it’s the actual application they don’t particularly like. Whereas the first thought of a woman who enjoys the idea of painting is to take an art appreciation class, a similarly interested man is more likely to just pick up a paintbrush and paint something – usually a naked woman.

Between 1988 and 2004, Title IX caused the elimination of 239 NCAA Division One men’s teams and the addition of 682 women’s teams. Those 239 teams represented about 8.3 percent of the total, and the rate of elimination is increasing because, as the proportion of men attending universities continues to fall, more universities will fall afoul of the Title IX proportionality requirement and be forced to cut more men’s teams to stay in compliance with the congressionally dictated ratio. Now, what realistically offers a greater threat to science: a lack of public funding for what has proven to be the red herring of embryonic stem-cell research, or a politically driven 10 percent reduction of the male scientific community in the next 15 years, along with the enforced employment of three times that many female “scientists”?

Of course, this will sound to equalitarians and their sympathizers like nothing more than male whining, but it’s nothing of the sort. Because they are the intellectual driving force of humanity, men will be fine. They will simply continue to do what they have always done and pursue the same challenges they have always pursued, focused on the realities of success rather than its superficial attributes. It is the institutions they are exiting, voluntarily and involuntarily, that will be destroyed instead. It is written that “women ruin everything”; having destroyed the liberal arts, the classics and the pseudo-sciences, it is now abundantly clear that the more rigorous sciences are next on the equalitarians’ destructive agenda. And so, in the not-too-distant future, two plus two will finally be determined to equal five if a women feels that it should, or at least it will as long as she happens to feel that way.

Joke of the Day

What’s the difference between a pit bull and a social worker?

You might get your kid back from a pit bull.

Also: politicianette Rep. Marsha Blackburn said at the GOP convention, “As a wife, mother, business woman, and public servant; neither Governor Palin nor I need you to tell us what our limitations are, or when we might have taken on too much or reached too far.”

Patently, you do, since you clearly can’t see these things.

POSITIVE discrimination is the only way to help women achieve success in the workplace, some jumped-up cow said yesterday.

Harriet Harman, an over-promoted woman from London, said women still face constant male chauvinism, despite the fact she had obviously not done too badly herself.

She added: “When I applied to be deputy leader of the Labour party, I was not the best qualified candidate. The best qualified candidate was a spoon.

“If it was not for positive discrimination I would not have been able to get above myself in such an extravagant and irresponsible way.”

Under Ms Harman’s proposals women who want to be airline pilots will not have to be able to fly, but will get the job if they are roughly the same height as the male candidates and are able to wear a hat.

Positive discrimination will also be extended to food stuffs and inanimate objects so that if a man is up against a tea cup, the tea cup will be offered the job.

Ms Harman said: “If vegetables can produce, watch and star in Big Brother, there is no reason why a large piece of wood cannot run Vodafone.”

But Bill McKay, deputy director of the CBI, dismissed claims of workplace discrimination, adding: “These days most organisations simply choose whoever is the least biggest arsehole. If only the Labour Party would do the same.”

Harriet Harman is a real person, btw.
